Cancelling and changing your bookings

1. Cancelling new bookings

Whenever a booking that hasn't been rescheduled before is cancelled, we will charge the following costs:
A. If a booking is made 7 days before the event:

  • • and the cancellation takes place 7 days or more before the event, the cancellation is free of charge. For refunding the paid amount we will charge €7,50 in administration costs.
  • • and the cancellation takes place 3 days or more before the event, but less than 7 days before the event, we will charge € 35,- for each cancelled room.
  • • and the cancellation takes place in less than 3 days before the event, we will charge € 70,- for each cancelled room.

B. If a booking is made in less than 7 days before the event:

  • • and the booking is cancelled within 24 hours after the booking has been made, we will refund the paid amount minus € 7,50 administration costs.
  • • and the booking is cancelled after 24 hours after the booking has been made, our policy is as described under A.

2.Cancelling rescheduled bookings

In case a booking is cancelled that has previously been rescheduled, we will charge € 70,- for each cancelled room, regardless of when the room(s) are cancelled.

3. No show

In case a guest hasn't cancelled their booking, but didn't show up at the scheduled time, we will charge the full amount of the booked room(s).

4. Rescheduling bookings

Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge once within 24 hours after a booking has been made.
Note the following:
In case a booking is rescheduled 7 days or more before the event, we won't charge anything and this option can be used twice.
In case a booking is rescheduled 3 days or more, but less than 7 days before the event, the following takes effect:

  • • The first rescheduling will cost € 15,- for each rescheduled room.
  • • The second rescheduling will cost € 15,- for each rescheduled room.
  • • A third rescheduling is not an option and the booking must be cancelled entirely.

If the event takes place in less than 3 days, the booking can't be rescheduled and must be cancelled.

5. Changing the amount of players

• Changing the amount of players is always possible, even at the moment of arrival, as long as the number of booked rooms isn't changed. Prices are then adjusted based on the right amount of players. In case there are less players than booked, we will give a voucher with the difference in price that can be used on the next visit. In case there are more players, the difference must be paid at our location.
• If the number of players changes so that one or more of the booked rooms must be cancelled, we will charge € 70,- for each cancelled room.

6. Cancelling or changing your booked arrangements

• In case you have booked an arrangement, you can change the number of participants until 24 hours before the event. Note that this is only possible for the arrangement, which includes everything but your visit to our escape room. Changing/cancelling of the booked escape room adheres to the policy as described above.
In case the number of participants is not decreased or if changes are made in the number of participants within 24 hours of the event, we will charge the full amount.

7. Starting on time

• We work with scheduled time-slots and we ask you to arrive at our location 10 to 15 minutes before the event. Our games have a set end time. In case our guests arrive late, the time to play the room(s) will be shortened. This does not result in (partial) refund.
