1. IS IT SCARY?
No. Escape World offers rooms in different themes. None of these rooms are scary, have scare effects or are horror-themed. All rooms are suitable for children; the minimum age is indicated with each room.
2. IS IT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, our escape rooms are also suitable for children. It is also possible to have an escape room children’s party. The minimum age is indicated per escape room, with certain escape rooms being more suitable for children. It is possible for a parent to supervise in the room, in which case the minimum age is often less. You can also find more information on the page about children’s parties.
3. HOW LARGE CAN THE TEAMS BE?
An escape room can be played in a team of two to six people. If you are with a larger group, several rooms can be booked at the same time! The maximum group size is deliberately chosen to keep the games fun. If your group consists of more than 30 people, please contact us, so we can agree on a suitable offer or package together.
4. CAN WE PLAY WITH 7 PERSONS?
No, we believe it is important for our guests to have the best possible experience at an Escape Room.
Six persons is the absolute maximum, both from a gaming experience and from a safety aspect in the room.
5. DO YOU ALSO OFFER CORPORATE OR GROUP OUTINGS?
Yes, for groups we can arrange an appointment for an Escape Room outing, or check out our special packages to combine your escape room with a fun activity or a drink or some good food in Tilburg! For groups of 15 people or more, you can even have the place all to yourself outside our opening hours Or use our beautiful space for a serious meeting with drinks and snacks. Feel free to contact us to see what is possible.

6. CAN WE EAT / DRINK SOMETHING THERE?
Yes definitely! BreakOut is our very own Escape Café, located in the same building. You can come here for a freshly made lunch with steaming coffee, a cosy drink with beers on tap and delicious snacks – from croquettes and nachos to big plate pizzas and of course our “No Escape” burger! Check out our packages in Tilburg.
7. HOW CAN I PAY?
When you book via the website, you can pay directly online. This ensures you get your escape room immediately when you book! It is also possible to indicate that you pay on location. It is possible to pay by pin on location.
8. CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?
You can cancel free of charge up to one week before your escape room starts. After that, certain rules apply. Please read our booking conditions.
9. WHAT LANGUAGE IS THE GAME IN?
Our escape rooms are bilingual: this means that all texts in the game can be found in both English, and Dutch. If the text can only be displayed in one way, it will be in easily understandable English.
It is therefore possible to play the escape room with a mixed group of Dutch-speaking and English-speaking people at the same time!
10. WHERE CAN I PARK?
You can park for free outside office hours. To do so, navigate to Langestraat and ring the bell at the intercom next to the gate opposite number 14. During office hours, you can park in one of the car parks in Tilburg.
11. I'VE ALREADY PLAYED ALL THE ESCAPE ROOMS. WHAT NOW?
We renew our escape rooms regularly and our Escape Café offers more than enough goodies to pass your time deliciously. Of course, you can also play escape rooms in Escape World’s other locations in Amsterdam (centre), Hoofddorp / Schiphol and Zoetermeer!
12. ARE YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS ALSO ACCESSIBLE OR SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS?
The Secret Sister Society room is wheelchair accessible in Tilburg. The other rooms are suitable if you have difficulty walking. The rooms are not suitable for persons who are deaf or blind.

You will find the escape rooms centrally located, in the centre of Tilburg. It is easily and quickly accessible from Tilburg Station. Have you (successfully) escaped from the escape room? Then come and enjoy some food and drinks in our own BreakOut Escape Café, located in the same building on the Stationsstraat!
